  • HOW LONG DO IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ITEM AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED?
    Standard Processing time takes 1-3 business days not including weekends and holidays and then 3-5 business days with the shipping carrier after that.
  • WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
    Yes! once your label is created. Tracking will update when the shipping carrier receives your package.
  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
    Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions. and destination of the item(s) in your order.
  • MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I CANNOT FIND IT?
    If your package information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it: Verify the shipping address that you input at checkout is correct. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Look around the delivery location for your package. See if your package was delivered close by or if a neighbor accepted the package for you. Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. If your package has not arrived within 48 hours of saying it was delivered.
